Michael Rizzuto

Michael Rizzuto or “Rizz” as he has come to be known, began playing music in 1999 at the age of 14. Soon after, he started a garage band with some friends from school and played out at family events and talent shows.

As soon as he was old enough he started to go to open mic jams in the local pubs around the area where he met Little George around 2006. George was just getting off the ground at that time and they were in the need of a hot picker. Turns out Rizz was just what they needed… young, in-experienced, and could play anything.

After a few brief stints with other groups that have come and gone over the years Rizz keeps coming back to the Little George Band. Now after 23 years of guitar experience he brings a bluesy, melodic style to the group. Now that Rizz and George have been performing together on and off for 16 years, the two have developed a great working relationship that has turned into a great stage show!
